Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress, best known as Joan Holloway. She played the role for seven seasons of the historical comedy Mad Men from 2007-2015. The series has earned her six Emmy nominations for the best supporting actor and critical praise. In her career till now, which has spanned over 20 years, she's been recognized for her role on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Films in which she has been praised by her character in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River The Neon Demon The Strangers: Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. She has also recorded her voice on animated series like From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! Prior to that, she started her career as a model. She continued with it for a long time before she made her acting debut on TV with the anthology show Undressed at the end of 1999. She had her first significant character in the comedy-drama show Beggars and Choosers. After her appearance, she received praise for her role on Firefly. Esquire Magazine voted her the most beautiful female in America as well as the attractive woman in the world in 2010.
